C'est fait ! Damon Lindelof et Carlton Cuse ont enfin dévoilés officiellement quelques révélations concernant la cinquième et ultra attendue saison 5 de LOST ! C'est lors des Television Critics Association Press tour que nos deux producteurs se sont laissés aller à des confirmations et révélations officielles concernant la prochaine saison de nos naufragés mais aussi sur la sixième et ultime année du show. Préparez-vous, les infos "sérieuses" et "confirmées" c'est maintenant !

 

Damon Lindelof et Carlton Cuse ont donc annoncé que la prochaine saison de LOST était actuellement en cours d'écriture et que le tournage débutera début août à Hawaï, Londres et Los Angeles.

 

Lindelof a annoncé : "Cela va être uen année excitante. La saison 5 sera celle qui va relier le passé et le présent. C'est risqué mais c'est ce que nous voulions faire depuis longtemps. Notre challenge sera de répondre aux nombreuses attentes des téléspectateurs et de rendre l'ensemble ultra excitant en attendant la saison 6... l'ultime... la plus attendue."

 

Cuse a surenchérit : "Le sujet principal de la cinquième saison sera de savoir pourquoi  et surtout comment les Oceanic 6 vont revenir sur l'île. L'île semble faire tout ce qu'elle peut pour le faire revenir. Ben le dit d'ailleurs clairement à Jack dans le final de cette année lorsqu'ils abordent la question de savoir quand les naufragés seront définitivement secourus de l'île : Vers la fin..."

 

Les deux showrunners ont également confirmés les retours de Nestor Carbonell, John Terry et Alan Dale. Carbonell reprendra son rôle de Richard Alpert de manière régulière ! Une annonce qui a fait exploser les fans présents et la presse puisque le mystère devrait commencer à se dévoiler autour du mythe Alpert, l'homme qui ne vieillit pas !

 

Terry qui joue Christian Shepard et Dale qui interprète Widmore seront de retour en tant que "récurrents" cette année avant que leurs rôles respectifs ne deviennent très sérieux dans la dernière saison selon Cuse. Autre retour qui fera vrombir les fans : celui de Lance Reddick (Abaddon) pour quelques épisodes.

 

Quant à Emilie de Ravin (Claire)  elle sera bien absente de cette cinquième saison avant de revenir en saison 6. La cause ? Le scénario et rien d'autre.
